Current Job Opportunity
Part-Time Barista & Market Team Member
Location: On-site at Main St Market — 17 Main St, Glen Rock, PA 17327
Anticipated start: November 2026
Schedule: Morning weekday hours plus weekend availability is a must!
Pay: Hourly Rate plus tips
This role brings together coffee service, market checkout, and breakfast and lunch preparation. You’ll support Traveller Coffee Company, Main St Market while helping create a friendly, welcoming experience for customers.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and serve coffee and espresso drinks to our standards.
- Take orders and run checkout for Traveller Coffee Company and Main St Market.
- Assemble breakfast sandwiches and lunch items using prepared ingredients.
- Help prep ingredients as needed.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and ready for service.
- Work with the team to keep things running smoothly during busy periods.
What We’re Looking For
- Customer service experience and a friendly, respectful approach.
- Reliability, clear communication, and a willingness to learn.
- Attention to detail and care for quality.
- The ability to stay organized as the pace picks up.
- Comfort helping across coffee, food service, and market tasks.
Previous barista experience is a plus, but it isn’t required. You’ll learn our menu, drink standards, register, and food preparation routines with support from the team.
